Order Processing & Dispatch
SlumberTrek Brands is committed to delivering your orders efficiently and promptly. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We partner with a range of trusted couriers to deliver our products safely and on time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total and destination.

Standard International Shipping:

  • Orders $1000.00 and up: Free shipping

  • Freight charges apply to orders below $1000.00 order value - freight quote will be provided upon request.

  • Estimated international delivery timeframe: 6 to 27 business days

Free Shipping for Warranty Spare Parts
As part of our strong commitment to our customers, SlumberTrek Brands provides free delivery on warranty spare parts to ensure you can continue enjoying our products without additional costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SlumberTrek Brands is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect it from the courier's pickup location, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Additionally, we are unable to ship to certain remote or restricted areas. If your shipping address falls into this category, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, unforeseen issues may arise. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
